I was thrilled by the room overlooking the river - the main reason I chose this hotel. It offered a nice surprise with a view over the channel. The service was top-notch, with welcoming and helpful staff who went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The location in the Old Town along the canal was superb for sightseeing, although I would recommend a river-facing room.
